Shipping policy

We ship our web orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise specified. If your order is delayed beyond this, we will contact you with an updated ETA.

Shipping charges will be calculated at check out. Orders over $75 ship free.

Frames must be returned in unworn condition in all of its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable and the client is responsible for their own return shipping cost. Please return using a shipping method that provides both tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

After 7 days, all shipments will need return approval and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.
